Maxine has been with me through what became a very complicated process involving strata, a CDC, structural changes, multiple consultants and what felt at times like an endless list of questions and changes.
What I have appreciated most is that Maxine has never just disappeared once the drawings were done. She has continued to help me work through each issue as it has arisen, updated drawings when things changed, coordinated with the other consultants and, importantly, explained things to me when I had absolutely no idea what I was looking at or what I needed to do next.
